THE 80/20 RULE FOR LIFE

Focus on the powerful 20%: The Pareto Principle states that roughly 80% of your results come from 20% of your efforts. When you're dealing with overwhelm, trying to do everything at 100% is burnout fuel. Applying the 80/20 rule to your life means identifying the 20% of activities (work, health, relationships) that give you the biggest return on your time and energy, and focusing there
Identify and prioritize the few tasks that yield the greatest return: Look at your to-do list for this week. Identify the top two tasks (the 20%) that, if completed, would make the biggest positive difference in your week (the 80%). Commit to scheduling and protecting time for only those two tasks first.

Energy Snack
In the afternoon, enjoy a small handful of dark chocolate covered almonds. The healthy fats provide long-lasting energy, while the chocolate gives you a small, satisfying boost.

Delete Apps
Delete 80% of the apps on your phone's home screen. Keeping only the 20% that you use frequently and intentionally reduces distraction and scrolling.

Spinal Twist
Do a quick spinal twist while seated. Gently twist to the right, hold for a breath, and then gently twist to the left. This releases tension held in the lower back and torso.
There are various types of Spinal Twist. All of them make me feel Good, Better and Best! Make sure you listen to your body and check with your doctor if you need to. Don’t force the stretch, just let it happened naturally. For me, Spinal Twist perfect after a work day and when you’re in transition - just got home from work, need to shower and go to a meeting or dinner - this stretch makes me feel like the next thing that I do is going to be amazing….
