You don’t need to say yes to everything to be kind.
THE BOUNDARY SCRIPT

Communication with calm confidence. Setting boundaries is often terrifying because we worry about hurting feelings or causing conflict. But a boundary is simply an act of self-care for busy women. This week, we're giving you simple, confident scripts to use so you can protect your time and energy without awkwardness. Learning to communicate your needs clearly is the key to reducing resentment and burnout.
Use this gentle phrase to protect your schedule while offering a future option. Instead of a flat 'No,' use this phrase: 'I can't take that on right now, but I would be happy to look at it next Tuesday.' This honors the request while protecting your current priorities and clearly setting an expectation.

Mindful Minis

Golden Milk
Make a cup of golden milk (turmeric latte). The anti-inflammatory properties and warm, soothing ritual create a wonderful sense of calm.

Reply Template
Draft a professional 'I'll be slower to respond' auto-reply for your email that you can use on vacation or during focused work periods. Having the template ready removes the fear of setting boundaries.

Relax Brows
Take a minute to consciously relax your eyebrows and forehead. We often carry tension in our face when we are stressed or concentrating deeply.
