THE POWER OF A MINI-HABIT

Think tiny, not huge: We often get stuck because our goals feel too big. We tell ourselves we'll exercise for an hour every day or meditate for 30 minutes. But what if the secret to change isn’t a huge effort, but a tiny one? Small, consistent habits build momentum and are much easier to stick with. Think of it as a low-pressure way to build a healthier you.
The 'Two-Minute Rule: When you want to start a new habit, scale it down to two minutes or less. Want to read more? Read just one page. Want to meditate? Meditate for 60 seconds. Want to stretch? Do one simple stretch. The goal is to make it so easy you can't say no. Then, over time, you can grow the habit.
Mindful Minis

Water, before Coffee
Before you grab a coffee, drink a full glass of water. This tiny shift can improve your energy levels and hydration, setting a positive tone for the rest of your day.

Timed & Focused
Use your phone's built-in timer to manage your tasks. Set a 25-minute timer for a focused work session, followed by a 5-minute break. This simple method can boost your focus and reduce burnout.

Calf Micro Movement
As you're standing in line or waiting for the elevator, do a simple calf raise. This micro-movement is a small way to get your blood flowing without a major workout.
WEEKLY RESET
Reflection
My Tiny Habit: What is one two-minute habit I will commit to starting this week, and how will I make it so easy I can't say no?
My Momentum Builder: What is one simple reward I will give myself at the end of the week for consistently doing this habit?

Affirmation
I am a creator of momentum. I know that small, consistent actions build a powerful foundation for my future self. I trust the process, and I honor my progress one step at a time.
Prayer
Lord, you are the creator of everything good, including my momentum. Empower me to use it because I know that small, consistent actions build a powerful foundation for my future self. Help me to always trust the process, and always honor my progress one step at a time.
